Jeff Jacobson, Jeffrey Jacobson, OODAlink Co-Founder and Satcom ConsultantBased in Washington D.C., Jeff drives OODAlink’s technical direction, among the many other hats he wears. He brings more than 28 years’ experience building companies and interdisciplinary teams, developing markets, and negotiating strategic alliances. Jeff’s been extensively involved in constructing, negotiating, and managing complex, creative deals involving technology development, licensing, capital investment, and joint marketing programs.

Prior to OODAlink, he founded Avizer LLC, a consulting firm providing strategic guidance, business development, service creation, technology licensing, and interdisciplinary team-building for numerous technology clients. Before Avizer, he was a founding partner of a satellite and wireless design, integration and implementation company providing wireless solutions globally.

Nancy Harvey – Co-Founder and Chief OODAmarketer

Nancy Leary Harvey, OODAlink Co-Founder

Located just outside Portland, Oregon, Nancy’s turned into quite the geek herself (her partner’s influence, no doubt). While her focus is all things marketing, she’s been rumored to carry a data logger in her briefcase, configure routers when suffering from writer’s block, and stand up satcom networks by the campfire–just for the fun of it.

Nancy brings more than 20 years in the trenches of technology marketing and channel development. Prior to OODAlink, she honed her skills as a marketing contractor for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 technology companies. Over the years, she has contributed to myriad strategic and tactical marketing projects, including: branding, messaging, and positioning; copywriting and Web content development; lead generation; proposal writing and production; market research; and sales force automation implementation.

View Nancy Harvey's profile on LinkedInPrior to her own gig, Nancy was with Olympus America as digital cameras debuted on the market. There she was responsible for half the company’s digital camera revenue; as well as planning and executing placement, promotion, and pricing strategies for major national retailers and distribution partners. She started her technology marketing career peddling floppy disks for a global manufacturer when 3.5″ diskettes were all the rage (can she really be that old?).

Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication from Bentley University near Boston.
